Hi, I'm Gabby
As an ex teacher, I understand the difficulty of feeling out of control with your life & goals. I’ve been there. My role is helping busy women to cut out the boring excuses, take back their control & become the healthiest & happiest versions of themselves.
More often than not, we are the thing that gets in our own way through our fear of failure. I coach women to overcome this fear whilst striving to achieve their health and fitness goals in a sustainable way.
My 1-2-1 coaching is a personalised service where the package is built around the individual in a way where health & fitness doesn’t merely become a chore but gets to be an additional add on to your already fantastic life.
Never Miss Twice is my group coaching programme based on breaking through the “all or nothing” mindset, accepting that you will fail & with the right support from myself & the team, being able to get back on track.
My ethos is to support people to become the happiest & healthiest versions of themselves rather than making excuses and thinking they need to be perfecto 100% of the time.
When I first began teaching, I let it consume me. I see this so commonly with the vast majority of the clients I work with in the beginning. I see them let everything apart from themselves become a priority & this leads them to feeling like they’ve completely lost control of themselves, who they are & what they stand for.
I was EXACTLY the same.
Moving to Dubai further exacerbated this. It was parties, brunches & beach clubs of the weekend & then working incredibly hard during the week - I would collapse in tiredness every evening unable to move because I’d poured so much of my energy into work & partying.
Alongside this, came a negative perception of myself. Using social media to compare myself to others further made me think negatively about myself & I decided to compete in bodybuilidng to “fix” my body. FYI this didn't work.
It’s only coming out the other side of both that I realised that true happiness comes from being fulfilled by simple day to day activities, being healthy & prioritising yourself in terms of your relationships and what truly makes you shine.
I’ve been the person with the all or nothing mentality. I’ve been a lot of “ALL” (bodybuilding) and a lot of “NOTHING” (when I first began teaching). So I created my programme Never Miss Twice to combat this mentality and be able to help as many people as possible at a price point that is achievable, realistic and doesn’t break the bank. Through all of my personal, anecdotal & professional experience working with hundreds of women, I’m now so honoured to help as many women as I do build a happy, healthy life and achieve their goals in a sustainable way.
